Ms. Kozlowski and Team, Thank you very much for your email notifying us of the transfer. It is a great Christmas present. It has been a long fourteen years since that ill-fated decision to join HGVC. It took five or six years to realize that it didn’t work as well for us in practice as it seemed when we purchased it. It took finding your agency and much hard work by your team to relieve us of this white elephant. Also one or two price adjustments. As I’ve said before, your team’s communication with us along the way encouraged us to believe this day was coming. I will certainly recommend your agency to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you again and we wish all of you a Happy New Year.

Judi - I cannot thank you enough for completing this sale. It has been a wonderful timeshare and a stressful timeshare all at the same time. We enjoyed the trips we were able to take using it - but didn't have the time to use it like we thought we could. The last few years have taught EVERYONE a lot of lessons and I don't regret a single one of mine at this point.
