Your information and choices
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how Judi Kozlowski handles information through judikoz.com. It covers this website and related inquiry, account and newsletter communications. Separate transaction documents and third-party services may have additional terms.
Information we receive
- Information you submit: your name, email, optional phone number, buyer or seller interests, resort or listing details and messages. Optional ownership information helps us respond to a resale inquiry.
- Account information: registration details, protected password records where applicable, saved listing IDs, comparison selections, optional profile preferences and account-linked inquiry references. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name and email address to identify your website account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Technical information: request times, pages requested, IP/network and browser information in hosting or security records, form-protection tokens and delivery records. Inquiry records may include the originating page or listing and bounded first- and latest-source information. Recognized campaign labels and broad source categories help us understand which services people request; arbitrary search text and submitted form content are not used as campaign labels.
Please do not put passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or sensitive identity documents in public inquiry forms. Ask us to arrange an appropriate channel if a later transaction requires documents.
How we use and share information
We use information to answer inquiries, discuss requested buyer or seller services, manage accounts, maintain inquiry history, deliver requested communications and protect the website. Authorized team members and service providers may process it for these purposes.
- Hostinger hosts the website, database, technical logs and backups.
- Inquiry email delivery sends website requests directly to judi@judikoz.com using our email provider. New website inquiries are not automatically submitted to Zoho CRM. We retain a website record and delivery journal so an email failure can be reviewed and retried.
- Google sign-in is an optional way to access your website account. Google’s sign-in service may load on sign-in and registration pages to display its button and receives the technical requests needed to provide that service. When you choose it, Google supplies basic identity information for sign-in. This feature does not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or Calendar. Our website does not retain Google access or refresh tokens. See Google privacy information.
- Google Analytics supports optional measurement. Fonts and code libraries also load from Google and other content-delivery providers, which receive the technical requests needed to deliver those assets.
- Security verification uses the provider described below to assess automated abuse before forms are accepted.
We may disclose relevant information when needed to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests or protect people, records and services from fraud or abuse. We do not send inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text to our optional website Analytics. Our website configuration does not enable advertising signals or personalized advertising.
Providers may process information outside your state or country. Their published information includes Hostinger privacy information and Zoho privacy information.
Essential storage, security verification and optional Analytics
Essential session cookies and form-protection tokens support sign-in, form security and reliable submission. Security controls also use limited request information to reduce repeated or abusive submissions. Blocking essential cookies may prevent these features from working.
Without an account, comparison controls store up to four listing IDs in this browser. When signed in, your account can keep up to 50 saved listings and a comparison of up to four listings across devices. Adding a listing to comparison while signed in also keeps it in Saved listings; removing it from comparison leaves Saved listings unchanged. Existing browser selections are imported to an account only when you choose the import action. Remove account saves through My account; remove guest saves through comparison controls or clear this website’s browser storage.
Account inquiry history shows only requests securely linked to that signed-in account after this feature was introduced. It does not expose earlier submissions by matching email addresses. Signing out ends the website session; it does not sign you out of Google. Creating an account, saving a listing or using Google sign-in does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps assess automated abuse on our forms. Cloudflare processes technical browser, device, network and interaction signals for security verification. Verification can run on a form even if optional Analytics is declined. Your form is accepted only after the server confirms the verification result. See Cloudflare privacy information and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Google Analytics loads only after you allow it through our analytics choice controls. It measures permitted page, performance and interaction categories, such as a form start, a bounded error category or an accepted inquiry, using cookies and technical request information. Our configured events omit entered form values and remove query strings and fragments from page locations sent to Analytics. Only recognized non-personal campaign labels are eligible for campaign measurement. Google still receives technical information, such as your IP address, when a permitted request reaches its servers.
Use Analytics choices in the footer to allow or withdraw optional Analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days; you can change it sooner. Clearing browser storage may cause us to ask again. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your private planning workspace
If you use the account dashboard, we keep the buying or selling intent you choose, search criteria, saved searches, private notes and questions, comparison preferences and cost assumptions, seller preparation and listing-change snapshots. Matching and ownership guidance use recorded listing information and linked site guides; they do not guarantee availability, resale benefits, pricing or suitability. Preparing an inquiry does not send it. You review the fields and submit through the existing inquiry form.
Family shortlists are optional. Creating one copies only the selected public listings. An invitation link is private, expires after seven days and must be accepted by a signed-in account using the invited email address. Members can see that shortlist and its member comments and votes. Private account notes, seller drafts, inquiry history and documents are not included. The owner can revoke invitations or remove members. Share invitation links only with their intended recipient.
Optional document preparation is separate from public inquiry forms. Upload only a PDF, JPG or PNG the team has asked you to prepare, with sensitive numbers and unnecessary personal details removed. Documents stay private to the uploading website account and are not automatically sent to staff or Zoho. They expire after 30 days; access ends at expiry and a scheduled cleanup removes expired files. You can delete them earlier from the workspace. Website backups may retain copies until rotated.
Optional listing emails require an explicit daily or weekly choice and verification of the current account email. Saving a search or reading dashboard updates does not enroll you in marketing. You can pause optional listing emails in the dashboard or through the preference link in those emails. This controls the new listing alerts only; it does not change service replies, account-security messages, newsletter preferences or existing CRM communications.
Email choices and information requests
Newsletter signup requires an explicit opt-in. Asking a buyer or seller question does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. A signup or preference record may retain the consent wording/version, source, time and later withdrawal so that sending choices can be honored. To stop newsletter updates, email Judi@judikoz.com with “unsubscribe” and the address to remove. You may still receive replies or necessary service and account-security messages relating to your requests. Resort alerts and automated marketing sequences are not promised by a website inquiry or an optional account.
You can also contact Judi to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to ask us to stop optional communications. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may reasonably verify your identity before releasing or changing records and may need to retain information for legal, security or unresolved service matters.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the inquiry or account, the relationship, security needs and applicable obligations; there is no single published deletion period for every record. Ask us about information you want removed. Backup copies may remain until replaced or rotated and are not used for routine outreach. If a backup is restored, relevant requests may need to be reapplied.
We use access controls and website, session and form safeguards to reduce risk. No online transmission or storage method provides an absolute security guarantee.
Other sites, children and policy updates
External MLS searches, lenders, resort programs, social networks and other linked sites operate under their own practices. Review their notices before submitting information there. This website is not directed to children; contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
We will post policy updates here with a revised date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
