Buyers and sellers, one clear next step

Meet your timeshare resale team

Judi Kozlowski helps people explore resale ownership and discuss selling an existing interest. Start with the ownership you have, or the vacations you want to take. We will explain what information is needed before you decide how to proceed.

Who to contact

Inventory checks: Judi Kozlowski

Ask about recorded availability, usage and fee information for a particular listing. A check describes information at a point in time, with a 90-day review period.

We aim to send a first human response within one business hour during our staffed hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern Time. Requests received outside those hours are handled when we reopen. This is a service target, not a guaranteed response time or transaction deadline.

What happens before a transaction

  1. Understand the interest and your goal. We start with the resort or club, ownership type, usage and what you want to achieve.
  2. Identify what needs confirmation. Availability, current fees, available points or weeks and resale restrictions need ownership-specific information.
  3. Review the proposed next step. Ask for the service scope, costs, responsibilities and any cancellation or exclusivity terms in writing before signing an agreement.

An inquiry or resale evaluation does not reserve inventory, create representation or guarantee a price or sale date. Ask what evidence supports any market comparison and distinguish asking prices from completed transactions.

Make an informed decision

Verify who will handle your transaction and the role they will perform. Request applicable credential information and review the actual service and transaction documents. Resort and brand names identify the ownership discussed; they do not establish developer endorsement.

Read the service and cost questions and the FTC's resale-consumer guidance.

How to use our published guidance

Our editorial team prepares public guides to help buyers and sellers organize useful questions. Where a guide describes a resort or a consumer topic, it links the operator, tourism or consumer-protection sources used for that context.

A published source check is separate from Judi's review of an individual listing. Judi handles buyer and seller inquiries. Confirm the exact ownership, current charges and transfer rights with the responsible team member and program administrator before relying on a comparison.

Use our costs and transfer checklist, with source links or explore the destination guides. For transaction-specific guidance, ask who will handle your purchase or sale and request their applicable credential details.
