For a Hilton Head resale, compare the exact resort, season and usage before the asking price. A holiday you can reserve and comfortably use is more relevant than a point total or a photograph of the island.

Hilton Head has multiple beach access points and resort settings. Ocean Oak is on South Forest Beach Drive; its operator describes two-bedroom suites with kitchens and access to the beach. Compare the actual property's location and accommodation with the way your party wants to spend a stay.
For any ownership, ask whether a photograph shows the exact resort and whether the view or unit category is part of the interest being sold. Resort amenities and room categories do not establish what a particular resale can reserve.
Write down the weeks or dates you could realistically travel. Ask whether the interest uses a fixed week, a floating season or points, and how reservations for those dates are made. Annual and biennial usage describe use frequency; ask separately when recurring charges are billed.
For two similar listings, request a side-by-side check of included usage, current fees and any transfer conditions. A higher points number or a lower recorded asking price does not answer those questions by itself.
Explore public listing records, then ask the team to confirm current availability, usage and costs. An active status is not a fresh verification.
